Good product but COSTLY - used only once till now so I will have to give detailed review after 4-5 uses on durability and the resistance to melting on grill

We had a dinner planned on charcoal based grill equipment. The last few experiences of grilling were not the best. The meat would get stuck to the grill, the marination just eases down to the charcoal, the veggies how ever precariously placed found their way between the grill into the charcoal.Bought this based on some search on the internet. When I received this, the sheets looked like they had been lying crumpled in a dusty corner. Even after a rinse and wipe is still had those crumpled marks.But when we used these for grilling, they were just fantastic. It grilled well, heat spread seemed even and the grilling challenges I had were all addressed. And I have used them twice now, surely should last for more uses
