Im a fan of the sumatra coffee, how does this compare?

Honestly, I drank Sumatra exclusively for years. I have always loved it and still do. However, once I tried Verona, I quite enjoyed the flavor and started reaching for it instead of Sumatra. I have very close friends who have also done the same. None of us even buy Sumatra for home use anymore. I pick up single cups of Sumatra in the store just for a change of pace from time to time. Is this coffee considered a low acidic coffee?

It does seem milder than the other dark roasts--a little smoother without the French Roast bite. It's a nice change of pace.

Coffee itself is gluten free and there is nothing in this coffee but coffee. However, Starbucks does not claim it is gluten free. I am a celiac and have used the keurig pods of starbucks plain coffees for quite some time with no adverse effects. And am a longtime Starbucks customer. Hope this helps.

What is the shelf life of Starbucks K cups?

Mine expired 3 months ago but im still using it still tastes the same. Ill be using it till i finish the whole box!

A GOOD Starbuck coffee

I was really pleasantly surprised by the taste and aroma of this coffee, especially from a K-Cup.My fave coffee for years has been Ethiopian Harrar. But that is apparently unobtainable now is the US. So I tried a much more expensive Sumatra, and it satisfied. I was going to order it again but... sticker shock prevented me from clicking Buy It Now :-)So I tried Starbucks. Because they made a Sumatra. Normally I find Starbucks coffees over-roasted into unpleasant bitterness, but this one is different! It is a dark, rich, flavorful coffee, and at least the box I got was roasted to a perfection of flavor and aroma. I'll try another box of it very soon, and no sticker shock here; it is "popularly priced'.
