Texas Pepper Works, Candy Krisp Jalapenos, 12 oz

The app won't let me select 5 stars...BUT this is definitely a 5 star product. We just ate them with steak and salad. So yummy and deep flavors. It's a tad spicier than a homemade jar that was given to us but the heat wasn't overwhelming or uncomfortable. The heat was just right (and I'm not a spice sissy either). We will definitely order again :)

DELICIOUS!!! Just what I wanted for my recipe!!

These are advertised as "not too hot", "not too sweet" but the jar I received was just hot. I've had and loved candied jalapeños from other brands, and these were a huge disappointment. They left an intense burning sensation on the tongue and I could not taste any sweetness at all. Maybe I got a bad jar. I tried some from the top and middle of the jar - all inedible.

I just recently got introduced to candied jalapeños at a family gathering. The ones I had them were good but had the texture of pickled jalapeños. I ended up searching on Amazon and found these. The texture is amazing. They have a little bit of a soft chew and the syrup they leave behind is out of this world. I can’t handle excess spice and these have a perfect balance of sweet and heat. So far I have put them on a vegan hotdog (kewpie Mayo, red onion, and these candies jalapeños), I’ve had them as a burger topping, and I’ve also chopped them up and mixed them directly into the meat. The syrup from the peppers gave the outside of the burger an awesome crust. I also made nacho dip (queso blanco with chorizo and beef) and ate these with it. I’m gonna need another jar soon.

I had candied jajapenos at a local salad bar and been searching everywhere to purchase, but couldn't find. I found these on Amazon and took a chance. Oh my! These are better than expected. Sweet and spicy (but not too hot) at the same time. First sampling was with toasted sourdough bread squares, cream cheese and these on top. Endless possibilties to us. So glad I signed up for a subscription service. FYI to those concerned, these came wrapped in plastic, surrounded by bubble wrap, more plastic and inside a box that was padded with packing paper, so no problem with condition of jar.

The media could not be loaded. I love these candied jalepenos. I use them on pizza, on hamburgers, and on deviled eggs. They got here in one piece and were not broken but they were a little wet. Not the packaging at all. The actual bottle itself was wet. The seal didn’t appear to be broken and I am using them. I don’t k ow why they were wet near the lid.

YOu should true making these with deviled eggs! Big hit at parties!

They came and the jar was open!! Liquid all through the bubble wrap. Should of taken a picture! But they taste awesome i tried it in thematthew mcconaughey tuna recipe and man it made it even more awesome. Would like another jar for mess! What do you say?
