UPDATE 2/08/2020: Raising to 5 stars. This "Wave" Shower Curtain has turned out to be great.So this is a finely woven polyester type fabric.The colors are a "bit" subdued. The polyester material weave gives it (visually) a bit of "grain" in appearance.Don't get me wrong, for my purposes, it will do the job and it's a good experience, pleasing to the eyes.HOWEVER -- IF you are looking for that DEEP DEEP color saturation or focus "snap", you might look elsewhere. Also, regarding the first "boat" in the picture (i.e. on the left side of picture).... It may be just me but it seems like the overall shower curtain "picture" (reproduction of the painting) is zoomed in or cropped such that the 1st boat is not completely shown or harder to see. People who are sticklers for the original painting might care, I don't know. The wave is the main attraction for me anyway. I am not absolutely certain that this is not a very good "redrawing" of the original artwork. Just saying. It's still pleasing on the eyes.I mention all this nit-pickyness ONLY because the painting this shower curtain is based on (The Great Wave of Kanagawa by Katsushika Hokusai) is so famous that expectations may be high. Look, it's twenty bucks. For 20 bucks I think they have done pretty well in reproducing this.I would rate this a solid 4 stars.P.S. While it comes with it's own set of plastic curtain hooks (i.e. if you didn't want another expenditure), I didn't use them. They are probably OK. I opted for better "transport": I'm using this Great Wave curtain with double hook shower metal curtain sliders. The inner hook is used to hang this clear plastic shower curtain liner: LiBa Mildew Resistant Anti-Microbial PEVA 8G Shower Curtain Liner (36x72, Clear) VERY PLEASED WITHP.P.S. The hooks we are using are: Amazer (NOT "Amazon", it's literally "Amazer" brand purchased from Amazon website) Shower Curtain Hooks Rings, Stainless Steel Shower Curtain Rings Metal Double Glide Rust-Resistant Shower Hooks for Bathroom Shower Rods Curtains, Polished Chrome, Set of 12 Hooks VERY PLEASED WITH

Not that I was expecting an amazing reproduction of The Great Wave off Kanagawa for $20 and the original itself is not a technicolor wonder. But this is just cheap, cheap material, cheap printing, cheap image quality, cheap finish…. I am immensely disappointed

Not too heavy, easy to move aside. Nice, clear graphics on the shower curtain. Very easy to clean. I do use a liner, but I still wipe it clean on occasion. I love the artsy design!

While we're using it as a bed curtain, the picture and fabric quality is still great for a shower curtain!

Is a thick solid curtain. I have a clear plastic curtain behind it as it is quite lovely.

It looks really great on first sight, BUTthe metal rings for hanging the curtain rust and the rust goes to the canvas.Also, the canvas length of 180 is way too short for a person over 190 height.
