I ordered this product as a recommendation from a friend and have been very pleased with the results. For myself, I use this as a strong cleanse over a short duration. I use 7 scoops instead of the regular 1 scoop and do this over a 3-5 day duration. Because of this dosing, I have found it helpful to use the magO7 powder in conjunction with this, to aid in pooping. It is also important to drink LOTS of water during this process to aid the body in clearing these toxins.I do this about 2-3 times a year and feel amazing afterwards. This is the BEST detox product I’ve ever used & I’ve used several. It’s only been two weeks & I’m feeling a positive change with more energy & mental clarity. If unresolved then it’s only a matter of; when will I be diagnosed with cancer? Many are exposed to heavy metals and it’s never properly diagnosed. I mix a water bottle in a big cup with a scoop and i honestly love it. It does taste like dirt but better than it tasting like chemicals the powder does tend to set to the bottom so mix it super well and consistently. I’m not sure if im consistent enough to see results.
