Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have a 15 year old Kamado grill. Added this to my grill, and the change is dramatic. Never appreciated the difference in the final product by using something like this to have indirect heat when smoking spare ribs or a pork shoulder. Worked great as well for leg of lamb and turkey!!

We ordered this to replace one that got cracked during a recent move. It was a good fit and happy to have found it online.

Worked good for the big green egg lasted exactly two years before it cracked. I as some cheaper than the egg brand.

I broke mine while trying to replace it while the egg was burning. This one is the correct one for a large green egg. I also bought the tool for lifting it up while the grill is hot.

This heat deflector does not fit the medium Big Green Egg. It is very close, but will not fit down in the cooking chamber. What a bummer. Why advertise that it fits the medium when it clearly does not. Thank goodness Ace Hardware is two blocks away. I went and bought the correct one there.

smaller than the bge pacesetter for the Larger BGE. would not recommend.
