Good tasting and filling.

Taste good and great to eat one as a snack. I have lost weight because my craving for snacks is satisfied by Farm & Oven.

mediocre to just plain bad

Maybe some people like their muffins vegetable flavored but it did not work for some of these flavors. I got the variety pack of several flavors and all three of the chocolate varieties were vile. However, the non chocolate were OK. They were more like cookies than muffins in that they were more dense and chewy. You will not be able to fool the kids at all. Plus, these had too much sugar and they are not all that healthy save for a small amount of fiber.

Crap ingredients

Wheat and corn?! I don't know how I found this under paleo foods and now I've wasted money and bought myself several days of agony from not reading the label since only ONE flavor is gluten free. If you care about your kids or yourself, avoid GMO is only one step- highly inflammatory grains is another
