This remote is far superior to Onkyo's original remote. It works properly.
I'm fianlly satisfied that i can control my AV system. I put up with the original Onkyo remote for an entire year. Ordered a new factory original from Onkyo but it was just as bad. Turning on/off required several times. Volume control was barely functional. Had to play with it several times whenever I raised the volume. This new one functions like a remote should
