I would say yes. The seam on the inner thigh looks sporty and the pants are a little shiny... not matte like you’d want under a tunic.

Q: What is the difference between navy and true navy?

True navy is darker and more navy, navy is more vibrant blue!

Q: Are these a thicker or sturdier legging? Sculpting, lifting or tummy control?

In my opinion they aren’t thick but they are sturdy. Belly control for sure. They work well for lifting/cycling for me.

It's a true red but it's see-through :(
