I have THICK and dense hair and these work!! Not only do they always stay in place, they don't get stretched out. The little plastic nubs are the secret design on these!!! My sister swears by them too and she has thin sparse hair. Buy em!

These are my favorite. I have very fine hair, dark brown hair (almost black), and these keep my hair in place, and blend in perfectly! I think they come in other colors too but I always get the black. I usually wear one in the back when I have my hair in a bun (or sometimes a ponytail) and when I go to bed (after having the clip in all day) I forget it's there and wake up with it still there. It's so comfortable that I can even sleep in it - I don't mean to but just forget about it. They bend open easily and snap close and never snag in my hair like some of the cheap ones do. NOR do these slip and slid around in my fine hair, they have small rubber grip pads they stay put but never get stuck or caught it my hair. I usually buy 2 packs at once because inevitably, I lose one or my daughter - who loves them too, (who has extra thick and course hair) will grab a couple every once in a while and I never see those again. :) So I seem to need to replace them a couple times a year but these clips are super strong and durable and will last forever if you don't have a mini me who pilfers your things... lol

The grip on these is so good. I have fine hair and the are the only barrettes I've used that don't slip out.

I have very thick hair and these clips do a great job of holding my hair in place. They don't pull or snag and they have a little bit of a smooth rubber or dried hot glue feeling to them so they don't slip.

These are perfect to hold my hair back out of my face and a real windy day. The real strong grip to em.

I got my haircut a lot shorter than it was meant to be cut. These are perfect. Hold my crazy curl thick hair up off my ears and even the back all day long. None have broken and it's been a couple weeks. Definitely getting more. They also don't leave indents in my hair.
