BenQ CM00G3 Ceiling Mount for BenQ Home & Gaming Projectors I HT2050A, TH585P, TK700, TK700STi, X3000i

I tried this out at various heights, including not using the drop pipes at all and mounting it close to the ceiling. All options went together fairly easily, all are very sturdy, and why not use a BenQ mount for your BenQ projector, even though it is pretty much universal. I wouldn't hesitate to order this again in the future. The tilt options are really easy at your fingertips with a lever lock instead of having to hold the unit in place and tighten up screws hoping it doesn't move while you tighten. Really easy to get just the right angle for install. If you're looking at a slightly cheaper universal option, this will likely be easier to setup, and it is definitely sturdy.

This projector mount is awesome!!.Easy to install and you do not need to take hours to adjust the projector to your screen. I used it to mount my projector for my golf simulator and after purchasing a cheaper ceiling mount and struggling to get it to stay in one place I cut my losses and ordered this mound and it worked great. The single lever locking mechanism makes alignment a breeze and you do not need to be concerned they the projector weight will move the bracket around after setup.

This is my third mount. After buying cheapo ones I decided to bite the bullet and shell out for this mount for my BenQ HT2050A.The build quality on this thing blew my mind. Perfect balance between weight, aesthetic and functionality. The installation is straightforward and they provide a manual, extra screws and bolts.Dont mind the wiring hanging out, that was just me being lazy. The pole actually has a provision 5o pass the cables through to make everything neat.Would def buy again

Quality of the components are Good but drywall anchors are horrible. I fixed them to the ceiling only to realize that the projector not stable. I ended up taking everything down and use toggle anchors from Lowe's.

I know the saying, 'buy cheap, buy twice', but I still made the mistake. I believed that a universal mount was indeed a universal mount, but not in the case of the Benq 1070 projector which has an odd three hole layout for use with ceiling mounts. This meant that the universal mount we originally bought could not be configured for love nor money, to fit the three holes.This Benq mount obviously can, but it's also very well constructed, all brackets fit well and all fasteners required for putting it up securely are included. Instructions are clear and once in place it's solid.I wish I'd bought this first time round...

I struggled to give this mount more than one star for the simple fact that the screws that came with the BenQ mount (M5?/M6?) didn't fit my BenQ 2050A projector (M4). I would check your projector user guide to find out the specs on the screws you need before you buy. A quick trip to Lowe's remedied the situation and I was able to get the projector attached to the included arms. The first thing you notice when you start removing components is how heavy duty and sturdy everything felt. No thin metal or sharp edges to be found. The instructions were easy to follow and everything fit together properly. Minor adjustments were easy and it only took a few minutes to get positioned perfectly. If the screws fit your projector (please check before buying), I think the build quality, ease of installation, and pleasing aesthetic make this a great choice for your ceiling mount needs.

Looks great

This mount was well worth every penny. It made installing my new projector much easier and seems extremely sturdy and well built. I love that you can hide the wires in the tube and that it first attaches to the projector with a quick connect instead of just screws. The only con is the installation manual, one would almost think it was a joke after unboxing such a nice piece of hardware.
