Bought this for an elderly man my sister takes care of. He is very difficult but this phone hit the mark for him. Easy to use and perfect size. For an android it’s not bad.

phone works fine and software problems can be fixed
There are problems with the verizon software .. specifically the Visual Voicemail app. It won't run or update. The work around to to install the app with samsung APK found at apkMirror website. Software is specific to Android version. Other than that the phone and the camera are awesome. This phone is plug and play for the Verizon network.

Useless locked Verizon phone for sell
Product was not unlocked and was useless. Was not able to be returned for refund. Was a waste of $82.10 . Product is locked to the Verizon network and they refuse to assist me because it was purchased from Amazon from a refurbished provider

Phone is Locked
I've been trying to figure this out for a while, but the phone does not work with Boost Mobile sim card. I got this phone for my grandmother, who does not know how to use phones and now she doesn't have a working phone. It says that I need to insert a verizon sim card. Why is the phone locked when it says it's renewed and unlocked? I have no idea how to get this working on her old sim card.
