Custom 3 Inch Uniform Name Tapes w/Hook Fastener.

I was expecting a full size name tape. Ive ordered name tapes from various suppliers for the last 20 years, so I didn't read the fine print before I ordered (the ad photo is decieving). This was my fault, not noticing that these are only 3" tapes, not the standard width for a uniform shirt/jacket. I ordered these for the guys at work to use on duty bags, so the size was a little irrelevant anyway, and they liked the gift. One of them has a name on the longer side 11 letters, and it looks a little squished.With that said, the tape quality was what I expected, the colors and thread were very nice. I was pleased overall.

Not what I expected I was looking for regular name tape size. I ordered this to design my old army jacket in remembrance of past present and future female vets like myself. This was small and my last names had to run together. I had to undo the stitching and removed the Velcro to adhere it to my vest. I kept it because it was easier than returning and waiting for a new one.

It's a simple concept; select size, colors, and material. My order was filled as specified, however something is off with the color. I ordered black webbing with grey stitch, but for some reason the backing is a bluish grey hue. It's almost Navy Blue. I'm not sure if it's the material they use for webbing, or if the wrong material was selected on the manufacturing end. Other pictures here show visibly black patches, so maybe those are the fabric ones? All my patches are rubber or webbing, and I've never encountered this before. Although all my other patches were much more than $7, so you get what you pay for I guess.The picture actually doesn't even properly show how off it looks from my black carrier. I upped the contrast to try and show it but that lightened the black carrier too...Oh well.

Picture appears to be a traditional tape. I was going to have is sewn on a uniform. NOPE! 3inches, plus velcro on back.... Sorry No refunds. Read fine print Good Luck.Customer questions state say something about 12 characters... Ridiculous... how can 12 characters be sewn on a 3inch long tape?

Other users pointed out the obvious after receiving their product, it’s only a 3” wide name tape.... why wouldn’t you advertise that in your product pictures instead of the standard size that you don’t sell? I’m stuck with this dwarf sized name tape now and it’s not worth the hassle of returning so to the trash it goes.

It’s a quality product but not the size that’s represented in the picture, I should have realized from the title but use a picture that cruelly represents the actual product (actual product “Drive MAs” vs traditional name tag)

This is not a negative review. The tape is pretty stout and the overall 'build' is good. The name stitching is just a bit off kilter with some letter longer than others, not quite even. Maybe just mine.
