Review: Excellent Value - Given the price, I find these nightstands to be an excellent value. They are solid, well made, and very straightforward to assemble. Having purchased an awful lot of "you assemble it" furniture, and online goods generally, let me first say that I was astounded at the packaging. I recently purchased an unrelated item and had to do two returns before getting an undamaged product! These nightstands were beautifully packaged with the appropriate strength cardboard and internal packing materials. That may sound like a different issue than the nightstands themselves, but it made all the difference in what I found when I examined the pieces. I will say that one of the boxes was missing some dowels and there was a small nick on a piece that had to have occurred prior to boxing. I called the number provided and was pleasantly told that the missing and replacement pieces would be shipped immediately. I can't recall the last time I experienced such exceptional service. Having received the parts and completed assembly, I have to say that these are fabulous nightstands. The drawers are generous and slide nicely, the finish is great. If I could change one thing with an of this type of furniture it would be to design and different kind of backing than one you nail on. I don't know what that would be be, but I really don't like having to nail into the narrow piece of product. Nonetheless, I will highly recommend PrePac from here on out.

**Q: Is it possible to fit different handles, or even take the handles off completely? I don't like the round look, but this has the perfect dimensions.**
A: Yes, absolutely. The product is shipped flat packed and needs to be assembled so you can attach alternate knobs.

A: Yes it is. A nice color.

**Q: Can you leave the back piece off so I can feed wires though the top slot of the tall nighstand?**
A: Definitely do not keep the back off. That goes for all pieces of furniture that are made this way. It seems like you could because it’s just basically like thick cardboard. But that back piece always plays a very important role in keeping the entire piece sturdy. One way to test this yourself is before you put that piece on any type of furniture, try moving the furniture around. Then put the piece on and try moving it around. You’ll be able to see the difference.

A: The Prepac nightstand is a bright white and the overbed table looks off-white/ivory.  Even though they are not exactly the same it would probably look better than having a black table. I hope I understood your question correctly.
