Great Quality
This is the second mouthpiece I’ve purchased for my son. There was nothing wrong with the first one, we just wanted a backup. They are sturdier than previous mouth guards I’ve bought and they attach to the helmet. So far, I have been very impressed with the overall performance and durability of this mouthpiece.

The fit is really nice, and it’s easy to breathe out of. One of the best mouth guards in my opinion.

Don't boil it.
Boiling it a bad idea. It doesn't change form enough to make it worth doing and it breaks down the durability. We liked it fine before but then thought we'd try the boiling instructions for an even better fit. We regret that now cause it's breaking down more and has little tears where his teeth bit through a little on the edges after forming
