A great- easy to read and understand book that is very practical and gets to the point
I gotta say this book is better than I expected. I ordered it as kind of a last resort. I really wanted to take some self-improvement classes but the types of classes that were out there were more like court-mandated things for criminals. This book is out of the box and has helped me tremendously. I highly recommend it if you are serious about change.

Truly saved me
I liked the convenience of kindle, the short to the point chapters with actual practical ways to change things daily. I will reread again and again. Enjoyed EVERY page. With this and mindfulness meditation, and practice... I feel completely changed and confident.

Not bad.
It’s useful to supplement your therapy session. I wouldn’t recommend reading this alone without also going to therapy.

Required Reading for Men and Women in todays AGE.
Lots of information. The Go To Book for any situation. Helps you prioritize what to get angry about and what to just forget. Most people who have no manners on the road are not worth getting angry about. Just remember what go around comes around. If you are a bully or a jackass it will eventually come back on you. Always say please and thank you. Both cost you nothing.

Great book but I’m still pissed that it thinks I’m a dummy.

This is a nice book for both self-help and entry level clinicians
This is a nice book for both self-help and entry level clinicians. I used it for supplemental material for creating an anger management group. Unfortunately, it does not provide activities/worksheets but it is still a good book for ideas.

Great for conspicuously displaying on my desk at work
I got this book to put on my desk at work to help prepare for summer interns. They were all very polite the first few days, so I think it worked quite well.

Really like this book
Really like this book, gets to work straight away, and makes me feel normal for having anger issues which does make it easier to confront. However, on page two the authors state that they have four goals in mind. Goal one? To convince the reader that anger is more than just a four letter word. DONE, I was immediately convinced, anger has five letters! I assumed at this point that I was completely cured of my anger issues, my husband will be very happy, he thought it was gonna take ages!Seriously however, if the authors would like some constructive feedback, I do like this book, good buy, thanks guys, and I find the finger method helps when it comes to numbers up to ten (I write the numbers on my fingers for reference), then by the same method I can also count to twenty in the summer so long as I wear flip flops.
