I was trying to find the perfect round reusable and freezable round circles that I could use of fresh nipple piercings. Ziplock bags of ice were not cutting it.I saline clean the piercing and then wrap the pack in a single half sheet of a clean paper towel and place it over the piercing. I do this every single time I replace the ice packs(it’s a pack of 5 so you’ll always have atleast 2 cold enough to use!)I have kept them in the freezer for over 24hrs and they don’t freeze completely hard so it’s still moldable over a piercing.Great for protection against toddlers who think your body is a jungle gym too. I usually always have a pack over them because it is the first week and I’ve hit them once without. So they are perfect for protection against accidental hits!So if you need something specifically for nipple piercings, I’d choose this product over and over againNone of it has leaked at all either or exploded with my order. All 5 work amazing.

These have replaced all boo boo ice packs. The soft side is nice. They cool fast, stay cold and stay soft which is key when applying to boo boos in all the places my kids get hurt. Not to mention conforming to small noses for my nose bleed prone kid (still waiting for the grown out of it the doctor promised). Just the right size. Even used for icing s clogged milk duct while breastfeeding. The warming is ok, good to have the option but be careful as can overheat and burst easily. Overall great to have on hand.

My kids always need ice packs and I’m clumsy so I do too. These are great because they are super easy. You can just pop them in the fridge or the freezer and it never turns into a brick of ice. It’s still soft enough to wear it can be used comfortably. There is a side that is similar to cloth so that it’s not too cold for the kids which is very nice, you can also use this as a hot compress by putting it in the microwave for a little bit and it gets hot enough to use as a compress. I really do like that they are small as that makes it easier to travel with. The only thing about them being small is they are sometimes easy to misplace, especially when the kids take them into their bed and forget to put them back. I would recommend and definitely will repurchase at some point if the kids lose them all.

Excellent for all MY painfull spots( had knee replacement..which made my Sciaticia fire up..hip n back too! Sooo..🥺insane painns..)any where anytime n these are great FOR areas that the big ICE pack is too big 4..n u get 5! And u can use them for heating up the painful area to soooo amazing! As we all know..heat n ice are needed for many joint,muscle..inflammation issues..but becareful..never OVER do ur heat,ice..or on bare skin!! SO GOOD LUCK PPL..HAPPY N HEALTHY N PAINFREE FRWD?! I’m back to purchase these again. They are great for the occasional bang ups toddlers face. Has a soft side but enough cold gets through to calm the swelling. We have the colorful round dinosaur ones but these are easier on the kids skin, slightly smaller, and don’t pop. The dinosaur ones wear out and inevitably pop.

I purchased this product in the hopes of being able to get ice packs more comfortably and those hard to reach places (I'll let you interpret that how you will).Pros:- Small and effective at getting to my current target areaCons:- Sharp edges. Since i'm dealing with crevices and more sensitive areas, the outer rim of the pack is like a knife to the skin. When stationary, its a dull blade like pressure, when I move, its like a butterknife trying to cut the skin.- Coldness is gone within 10 minutes. At first, I thought I was being a little critical saying oh maybe they weren't frozen long enough, but after a solid day of freezing, then applying to area, within 10 minutes it is no longer frozen, and sometimes, depending on my body heat, is warmer than tap water. Which results in having to change more often, thus defeating my purpose for buying. (I really wanted them for sleeping so I could use a sleeve and attach for longer stretches of uninterrupted sleep)Giving them a 3 star as they do kind of work, but have those two major flaws. Given this info beforehand, I probably would have just purchased larger ones that can also be malleable and retain their coldness for longer stretches.
