Review: Great Timex watch - I am a watch lover, and Timex is one of my favorite brands. I was on the fence about ordering this watch because I am a fan of traditional analog style watches. I always felt like digital watches were for kids. 🤷‍♀️ I also never liked the idea of the silicone watch bands. But, I decided to give this watch a try, and I'm so glad I did! One thing that's important to me in a watch is water resistance. I don't want to have to constantly take it off and put it on depending on what I'm doing. This watch is water resistant up to 100M and it has stood up to that claim pretty well for me. It has been soaked every day since I got it. Doing dishes, hand washing, forgetting to take it off when I get in the shower... All good. The silicone band is comfortable and easy to adjust. It holds in place really well. And I've found I like the silicone band because it dries so quickly when it gets wet. It's a nice size, not too big, not too small. I have tiny wrists and find a lot of watches to be huge. This is a bit on the larger side for me, but it is feminine looking and works well. The features of the watch are great and easy to use. The Indiglo feature is a must for me as a fan of Timex watches, lol. My favorite thing about this digital watch is that it displays the day of the week as well as the date which comes in very handy for me as I am constantly having to check the date. The instructions that come with the watch are not the greatest, but a quick Google or YouTube search for this model will have you setting up and operating this watch in a matter of minutes. If you're looking for a sturdy, reliable watch with lots of good features, this one will not disappoint.

**Q: why is the band such a problem**
A: Call 1-800-448-4639 for a replacement. I also think they have a band problem but I can't seem to keep my phone reliably charged to use that as an alternative yet. I've personally replaced my band twice already.

**Q: Does this watch have a large face or small one?**
A: It's a perfect size for my 10 year old. I don't think it's too large.

**Q: has anyone found a replacement band?**
A: I try looking for one everywhere but no use.  So I just got a band that was small enough to fit. It look passable.

**Q: Can you use it for swimming laps?**
A: Yes!  It is water resistant to 100meters.  It should be fine for swimming laps, or at least based on the product description.  I use mine for running, but have worn it in the shower from time to time, and it was fine.
