Nongshim Soon Cup Noodle Soup, Veggie, 2.6 Ounce (Pack of 6)

Saw this and it fit the bill for me (vegan, vegetables, spices, noodles, and, secondarily, amazing price; I had nothing to lose!).I am thrilled that I went ahead and purchased it. It is absolutely delicious and a complete meal in itself (very filling). Plus, for all that it’s packed with, pretty low cal. I am not even done with my first order and I’m already online ordering another. This was a win-win situation.

I love this very mild tasting soup that inspires hope with the brand "soon". When I am hungry and I lock eyes with it the comfort of knowing that as soon as my hot water cools I will be sustained. Thank you nongshim.

Cheap and fast vegan food that tastes good. You can make some veggie nuggets or meatballs and throw them in and make it even better. Thank you, may I have another?

This is one of my favorite vegan instant ramens—rich, savory, and way more satisfying than you'd expect from a meatless cup. I never microwave it (just add boiling water), and the flavor develops really well that way.That said, it's salty. The website says 54% daily sodium, but the product I received lists 57%. To make it more manageable, I add extra water and skip drinking the broth. The taste is still fantastic, texture is great, not too soft.These have gotten me through busy call shifts and late-night study sessions. It’s not an everyday food, but definitely a reliable pantry staple when you need comfort food fast. Just pace yourself and drink some actual water too. 😅

Great flavor! Product arrived just as shown in the photo and the noodles and flavoring packets were all fine. Excellent value!

I love Nongshim ramen. Thank you for making vegan options. Nongshim is the only brand of ramen I eat because I'm vegan.

Taste good, very filling.

I usually really like this ramen because it's vegan, and the pack absorbs the seasoning really well. However, this version in the cup is a bit different. The noodles are thicker than usual, which changes the texture, and the flavor seems to be concentrated only in the broth. The noodles themselves don’t absorb the seasoning as well, which makes the overall taste less balanced. It's still good, but not quite the same as the pack version.
