Don't buy zipper will not stay up. My dog is 18 lbs and he can get out.

Is this too big for Havanese?

I have a Pekingese and it was to small for him at least that’s how it felt for me. So I gave it to a friend that has a chihuahua mix and she loved it. I hope that helps
