Macs For Seniors For Dummies

This book helped me to understand my new computer.

So far so good. Just getting used to Apple product. Taking it a step st a time. Easier to understand than regular " for dummies " books.

Ordered for my mother. She was having lots of simple issues with her mac and needed help. So far, she is enjoying it and learning much about her new computer.

Not as detailed as I hoped

Easy to understand and very helpful in terms of learning about Mac capabilities. It does assume some basic knowledge about computers and basic terminology. So NOT for total dummies!

I like the book and it is easy to understand most of the time. Some of the keyboard keys I was not familiar with at first but am getting better. I have never used a MAC so this is a good book to get me started. Well worth the money spent.

Perfect for my elderly parents who were struggling with their first iMac computer!

This book is a total disappointment. I wanted to learn how to create a group email address--no description. I wanted to create a chart or an excel-like document--index makes it difficult to find what you want info on. Once you locate the info, I who have worked with Microsoft products up until recently, was not able to complete any builds.

I am finding this book to be a great clarifier of how to do things and it is easy to follow their directions.

I don't think it is up to date.what a pity

This book is well written, easy to understand and comprehensive. It is the best 'Mac' book I have found.
