This is our second pet water fountain and the capacity on this one is great holds a good amount of water and constantly filters the water to keep it fresh, with a thirsty spaniel and 3 cats to keep hydrated it does the job.

Simple to assemble, clean and refill. Quite noisy but our cat still uses it.

I bought this for my poorly cat. She's always preferred to drink outside. But was poorly and struggling to get outside easy. She started using this straight away, and now she's better, she still uses it all the time.The cat flap is the same make, so trusted it.It's easy to assemble, easy to clean, and so quiet if I didn't see the water moving I would think it wasn't working.

It works and it is simple.Pump broken after 5 months, so need new fountain.Better pump required.

Liked assembly very easy. Pump does not quite put enough water through. More noisy than last petmate

The media could not be loaded.  I wasn't sure if my 8 year old cat would figure out that it was for drinking from but she has figured it out quite quickly. She can dip her paw in the dish bit as well as drinking out of it, she really likes paw drinking.Its reasonably easy to clean (I do live in an area with really good drinking water and its very soft as well).Its not too loud but my cat does make a racket drinking from it - she is a slurper.

I am also having problems with the shell - it won't stay down in the aperture no matter how hard I press it down, slides up until there is not enough water in the shell to pour over the edge, so there is no falling water

Used by two thirsty cats, loving the clean and pure water all the time
