I'm sure Google has something, I would ask for instructions for using dowsing rods. I just put a slight bend down on the rod and let it rest at the middle joint of my first finger and lightly hold the handle with my thumb and walk slowly. I used them and found a underground spring. I used flags and marked the spots where it strongly crossed and it is a 1/4 mile in a line. I also take a couple steps and stop recenter the rods and stand a minute and if the water is there they will cross, the stronger the cross they will actually go to your arms, the closer the water is. If spirit contacting use while standing. You can do it, it just takes a little getting used to.
