Helpful for Hydration
This drink has helped me a lot with hydration.When you break the top of each vial, please make sure no glass fragments get into your drink.Following the instructions should prevent that, but please make sure to look in your glass before you drink it.

These are amazing for helping with fatigue. I just add one to my morning water daily. I usually eat a ketogenic diet and this is one things I use to keep my electrolyte balance where it needs to be.

Bad packaging
Second time I buy this and multiple ampoules are broken. Not a cheap product for this to happen. The box didn’t come bubble wrapped or with extra protection.

my son plays Football in 102 heat and this is the only thing I trust to keep him hydrated. SO much better than sports drinks full of sugar and artificial dyes...plus this works on a deep cellular level. I take it when I fly, or get sick or need some extra hydration also. LOVE!
