Q: I have 2019 Desktop Premier with 4 users, Can I use this to upgrade that and still maintain 4 users?

No, and it is no longer supported by QB. Not worth it at this point. You have to buy annual subscription from the QuickBooks website. (About a $1000/yr)

Q: Currently use versions 2005 and 2006 versions on my two computers. Will my data update into this version?

The data file should be usable but I would check with Intuit to be sure.

Q: Will this work on a MAC?

No, only Mac version is the online version. And the online version has severe limitations unless you are a very small company.

No, download code only. And only for one (1) user.
