Excellent flavor
These olives remind me of Nana making her cracked olive appetizer, with oil, onion and oregano. I just couldn't whole olives that were big enough until I found these.

High quality, perfect texture
By far and away the best castelvetranos I’ve ever had. They showcase the buttery crunchiness one expects from whole castelvetranos. Brine feels light and clean and doesn’t interfere with the taste or texture. I know each harvest can be different, but even after several jars, I have yet to be disappointed. Packed very safely, all have arrived perfectly intact. They aren’t the least expensive, but they aren’t the most expensive, my biggest struggle is not eating a whole jar every week. Having said that, this type of brine is lower in sodium than typical martini olives or marinated olives.Love them!!!

Good taste kind of small
I was spicing my own olives and ordered these, I tasted a couple right out of the jar and they are very good, I wanted large olives and these were smaller than I was looking for.

NOT pitted olives. BEWARE!
NOT pitted, but very crisp and buttery and treating before eating (which we've learned to do with ALL olives, remove the salt brine----drain the brine, soak in clean water, drain, add olive oil and a tiny bit of garlic, eat). We only had to drain brine, add olive oil+garlic. They were quite buttery and crisp! I am used to pitted, but its easy to get over it.
