Functions well, easy to use
We purchased this product to spray in our walls to kill a suspected carpenter ant nest or a part of one that was left behind when we removed a nest from our outside staircase. We had already torn out a ceiling and removed another next and did not want to open an entire interior wall in our house where the last batch of ants that seemed to mostly be nesting in the staircase are. We made two holes at the access point where we know ants were crawling in through a bit of wood that had gotten water damaged. It appeared they all were living under stair boards but we had some coming inside suddenly once we killed that nest and sealed up access to outside. We probably sealed up the outside access too soon. Since I can’t see in the wall I honestly don’t know if this worked but we did see an ant here and there after spraying, even some winged (smaller ones) . They were all very close to dead and died shortly after I saw them. We also dusted in cracks in the area and in the holes after we sprayed this so again, I’m not 100% but it seems like a good product. We may use it in a couple other areas in the wall if we see any other ants in the next week. To note: at the beginning of all this we used an exterminator who honestly was clueless. The one good thing is his baiting and perimeter spray slowed the ants down so I was able to watch them over the weeks and find the nests. I spent days watching them. The exterminator came three times and I had more of a clue about carpenter ants then him. I suggest trying this if you’re at your wits end and feel very strong you know where the nest is. The price is great compared to an exterminator fee. I will say though, if you can remove the nest, it feels good to just rip it out of the wall but that’s not always practical in every case and it is seriously disturbing!

It works
Fipronyl is the most effective spray against termites. It may not be cheap, but how much are your walls worth? I've found several spots with termites in the last year. I drill a small hole in the wall by the termite tube and spray this. I then do the next two voids between studs in either direction. Only ever have to treat it once

Mixed feelings
Unfortunately this did not seem to work for the ants I'm trying to get rid of. It's the same chemical as other applications so can't say it's the foam bottles deficiency. We may have carpenter, maybe pavement ants, not sure. The bottle and foam... Mixed feelings it mostly works but can leak if not held properly and must shake repeatedly to get it foamy not drippy.

Great help
I had termite infestation in the attic, with frass falling from the ceiling. Solution: spray in the attic with commercially available Termidor, in the house use a laser plumb line to identify the gallery openings from which the frass fell (very small, hard to see), drill holes, feed the foam into them, plug holes, paint over. Termites: drop dead unhappy, zero activity The foam is probably as practical a product as you can expect for this, and it is cheap enough to do some preventative or random work. I fed it into window frames far from the infestation and into somewhat random drill holes in the rafters in the area until the can was empty. Now, in all likelihood this (unpleasant) activity will have to be repeated after some time. But, you should compare the price with a commercial pest control bill, and I think you will be much more thorough with the work than your pest control operator.

Buyer beware! No returns!
I received a defective canister and was informed there is no return policy. I wrote the seller and provided a photo but never heard back.

Great stuff
This stuff works with one use. Had carpenter ants trying to chew through a window. I filled the space with this and no more ants.
