I have used this brand for years. My daughter now uses it too. It lightens the unwanted hair perfectly. Easy to use. I wish it was more accessible in the stores

This is a great product. I have been using Jolen for a very long time. Excellent and effective. Does not burn and you can use it on your face and arms etc.

Great product and it does a good job of bleaching my black/brown peach fuzz. I don't have thick facial hair but a thin layer of peach fuzz that I like to bleach, and this does a great job. It does itch and burn the eyes like all facial bleaches, but it seems to be less irritating than Sally Hansen for me. Also nice is that this product doesn't foam up and fall off my face a minute after application, which was a constant problem with Sally. I have VERY acne prone skin that prevents me from wearing any make up, and this does not cause me to break out. I wash my face with my normal cleanser immediately after using and that seems to soothe my skin. My only problem is the tools included. It's hard to measure a "scoop" with the tiny spatula, let alone trying to compare a scoop of cream bleach with a scoop of the powder applicator. Also included is a tiny plastic tray, smaller than a credit card, which is supposed to be for mixing the two components. It doesn't work for that at all, especially if you want to double the recipe to get more active bleach, which is what I do every time to make sure I have enough for my whole face. Following the instructions without doubling the measurements does not give you enough product. I love the product, but I wish they could redesign the mixing tools. As it is, I use a small plastic measuring cup and the spatula to measure out the 3/1 to 2/1 ratio.

So I used to bleach my arms with Sally Hansen when I was a teenager/preteen because they have very long black hair on light medium skin and it really stands out. I've even caught a friend staring at my arms. It always burned so bad to bleach them and I had a lower pain tolerance then, so I quit and just lived with my arms. Flash forward to now and I need to look nice for a wedding and my arm hair is just too much. I tried this brand to see if it wouldn't burn as much and it seems like it's the same, just doesn't have the preconditioner included. My patch test turned out kind of weird where there was a ring where the edges of the circle of the patch of bleach actually bleached the skin a bit. This went away in 24 hours, so I counted the patch test a success. The itchyness/pain wasn't so bad and I watched a couple of videos online about how to do this. One of them said to pat down with your finger the cream when it starts to crust up in 5 minutes, so I did somewhat. The areas I did do this seemed to have bleached more but it's also where I applied more thick layer for more long hairs so I'm not sure what helped. One of the videos was about facial hair and sideburns, so I went ahead and did them and applied the same 3:1 ratio but took it off in 5 minutes instead of 10. They look so good! I wish I did this earlier. I don't have a before picture for the sideburns, so I used a picture I took from a few years ago for a totally different product review (a product that had nothing to do with hair, only skin).

I used this bleach on my facial mustache hair. I had never bleached my facial hair before and was worried that it might dry out my skin, cause a rash, or some other skin problems. I was delighted to discover that it is easy to mix, easy to use, caused no skin problems at all, and did a wonderful job of quickly and evenly lightening my mustache. It comes with a little palette knife and pallet, and you can mix as little as much as you need. The smallest quantity given in the directions turned out to be much more than I needed for the small area I bleached, so next time I will use half as much. This product should last me many years. I'm glad I bought it. It's an excellent value and a high quality product.

i wish i had saved myself years of torturous waxing of my mustache and just used this bleach on it. the waxing just resulted in the hair coming back blacker and courser and more visible. initially the bleach wasn't doing a great job of bleaching all the short, course, black hairs, but as the hair has gotten softer and lighter in color, the bleach is able to do a better job bleaching all of the hairs. now my mustache just looks like the rest of my facial hair. the first time i applied it there was a burning sensation and the area was left very red, but each time i've used it that reaction has been less and less. so don't give up it your initial use is disappointing. it gets better and is so much better than waxing.

Not my favorite. Very aggressive with mi skin, and doesn't last as LOQUAY: PRIMER PULVER

当方大変モノグサですので、脱色が中途半端なのも脱色してる時間に何にもできないのイヤだなぁと思いながらテスト。 初回でとても肌に優しいのを確認出来たので、２回目には両手両足に塗布後ラップ巻いて１時間近く放置。映画見たりゲームしたりしてあっという間に過ごしました。 自分はチクチクと埋没が嫌で剃毛しないので毛足が長いのですが、１時間放置が効いて綺麗に脱色が出来ておりました。毛足の長い方は放置する時間が短いとうまく脱色出来なかったりしますよ（経験談） 私は長時間置いて肌荒れもヒリヒリも全くありませんでしたが、そこは完全に個人差があると思いますのでお気を付け下さい。
