Worked for me!
I picked this cleanse out as Plan B only because I couldn't find my regular colon dynamite. (LOL) I've used products that do the same thing with much more harsh results so it was refreshing to find something that did the same thing and didn't force me to spend a day in the bathroom. This product has a mellow taste and works gently and quickly, which I was thrilled about. I would NOT recommend using this cleanse if it's your first rodeo as this is more of a maintenance product. If you haven't been on a regular plan and have cleared out ancient debris already, this might not be the best choice for you. In any case, keep those colons healthy, my friends!

Stuff works great but be ready to use the bathroom throughout the day as it will cleanse you of almost everything, I lost weight after this and have kept it off, I highly recommend these and they’re cheap too!!

Product worked ok the first two days, then nothing. All it did was leave me with a terrible taste in my mouth for hours sfter taking it.
