I have been taking Andrew Lessman 's vitamins for fifteen years. I attribute my good bones and stamina to them as I am in my late 70's. My daughter in law was having joint problems with her knees. Since taking his calcium and Vitamin D along with the Glucosamine & Chondroitin her pain is gone in her knees and her overall health has greatly improved. His Vitamins are the Best!

I will continue to use Lessman's products because I believe in his message of the purity of the ingredients. HOWEVER, I write to him time and again about his use of GELATIN CAPSULES to which he never responds. In these times, it would be so much healthier to use a vegetarian capsule and I don't know why he is so resistant to using vegetarian capsules. I have been taking 2 a day of the vitamin D3 for a few years now and it keeps my number where it should be. Very easy to swallow as they are quite small.

I have purchased Andrew Lessman vitamins for over 15 years. They are amazingly easy to swallow and absorb. No stomach upset. This vitamin D product is one of my favorites...it works.

Pay careful attention... carefully than I did. I saw the big “Vitamin D3 5000” print and the note about how it is “essential for calcium absorption” but, missed micro print on the bottle and a small piece in the extended print inline that this contains 80 mg of calcium plus magnesium at 40 mg. Small capsules, easy to swallow. One thing I wish he would change is to use veg caps. Look up bovine gel caps to read about the source. I would like to avoid that. I will probably finish the bottle but will look for others with veg capsules.
