Battery Operated LED Window Candles with Streetside Brightness Dual LED Bulb with Daily Timer and Adjustable Height (Bronze)

These lights do not glow white. The ones I bought a couple years ago were. They have a yellowish glow. I'd prefer the white light like the description says. I bought 6 because of this. Kind of disappointed in the glow. I also wish I could buy more bulbs. It seems like the bulbs burn out quickly. The candles are too expensive to replace each year

I love the dual LED bulbs and the timer. The candles look very nice in my windows.After using the candles for a while, they stop working due to corrosion from the batteries. When I replace them, I am forced to buy candles that come with a base--which I throw out because I can't use it. I really wish they would sell just the candles and not the base. Because my windows have no sill, I use candles that originally came with an L-shaped bracket (I close the window on the bracket to hold it in place). Unfortunately, it seems that they no longer offer the window brackets.

They first were exclusively carried by Brookstone. Years ago I was tired of candles hooked up to extension cords and timers. Then I bought cheaper battery operated candles which fell off the window sill when you sneezed. I found these. They are not only beautiful, but heavy enough to have your windows open and not fall off if it's breezy out. That's because each candle is loaded with four AA batteries which gives it significant weight. The drawback is that the batteries last exactly one month, so it gets expensive. However the candles are beautiful and the streetlight feature of the bulb with the bright side facing outside and the dim side inside is a plus. Also the bulbs last a lifetime! Also if your windowsill is shallow, you can get the candle without the base but a suction cup instead. I have them year around in every window- a bit of old fashioned nostalgia.I just received questions about replacement bulbs. I "Googled" Celestial Streetbright Replacement bulbs and found the Celestial Light Site. It's your best bet. I'd stock up, because they are VERY hard to find!

Ordered replacement candles for 2 that were damaged. The replacements work great BUT the bulbs have a yellow light instead of white like we've had previously. Do NOT like the yellow light. Will have to change out these 2 since they look strange along with the other white lights. Rather expensive bulbs to throw away.

For $20.00 I now have a light that doesn’t have a bulb and I don’t know what to replace it with. It literally shattered in a thousand pieces when it fell over.

Only complaint I have is the fact that the candles fit in the base strictly by friction and the fit is not very tight.Brightness is outstanding. I threw the previous LED candles out because they were so dim.

Love the look of candles in the window at Christmastime. However, some nights you are home, some you are out, but these battery operated candles go on every night, every time, on time and shut off on schedule. Another great feature is that they are bright on one side ( facing the street ) and softer on the other side (facing indoors ). I was not sure that they would last through the season on one battery installment, but they did! I highly recommend these candles!

I ordered 10 of these candles because they had the two sided bulb and a built in timer. They worked exactly as advertised. Once you twist the bulb on, the candle stays lit for 6 or 8 hours, turns itself off, then comes on again the next night with no further attention until you decide to take them down. Just twist the bulb off and remove the batteries until next year. The two sided bulb works perfectly with a strong light showing from the outside and a soft glowing light on the interior of the home. No more roaming around the house unplugging or twisting bulbs every night.
