Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Exfoliating Facial Scrub with Vitamin E, 5.25 Ounces

This is honestly the best facial scrub I've used for my face thus far. It leaves it soft and smooth and has helped with my complexion. However, I have watched the price of this scrub inflate from about $7 to $35 in less than 3 years. I was tolerating the price changes up until it hit $25. Nothing has changed about the formula, the amount of product in the container is also the same, so I dont understand why the price keeps going up. Regardless of how much I love it, I may have to stop purchasing this item.

I love Palmer products..but you just priced yourself out of customer on this one. $70,00 for facial scrub? No way. $35 was way too much, I never paid that amount..I refused. Unbelievable $70.

I have VERY dry skin, so my skin tends to flake quite easily (awful, I know). Moisturizer is an absolute necessity to keep myself from going insane. By the end of the week, my face is definitely in need of exfoliation to wipe everything away.This has been a blessing. The beads are tough enough to wipe away dead skin cells, leftover makeup residue, and the daily grime buildup that comes along with a busy lifestyle. However, they're not overly rough to the point where they damage the fresh skin underneath. After I used this for the first time, I was amazed by how soft and smooth my face felt. It's the same result every time.You apply it to your face and massage it in circular motions to clear up your face. I always wash my face before beginning. I end up dabbing some on each cheek, on my forehead, a little on my chin, and a little on my nose. It's quick and easy! It rinses off easily, and there is no residue.It's gentle enough to use twice a week, although I would be careful if you decide to use it more than that. Just gage it based on your particular skin. If you're still feeling fresh and smooth, I would wait a few days to prevent irritation.I also have very sensitive skin, and this hasn't irritated my skin at all. No itching, no rashes, no overdrying. It's exactly what I needed.I'm a big fan of Palmer's products, and this is another winner in my opinion!

The first time I’ve used this product, I saw a difference in my facial texture and appearance. I finally gotten my adult acne under control, I needed something for my blemishes and dark spots. This scrub delivered. It’s not like other facial scrubs, where the beads sit on top of the skin. The walnut shells really exfoliate! Btw, may contain nuts..FYI if anyone is allergic. The smell isn’t offensive. Dermatologist told me long ago, benzoyl peroxide does NOT work on African American skin. Stop wasting your money on it. Palmer’s got it right with this scrub! Pair it with the facial oil with rose hips for a great moisturizer afterwards!

I have really sensitive skin...so much so, that I have been using the same skin care products for the last 15 years. Whenever I used an exfoliate, my face would break out within a few hours of applying. It's been two days since I used this product, and I am happy to say that I've experienced no break out reaction. So I feel like this definitely is good for sensitive skin. Now, as far as how it made my skin FEEL...my face felt so so smooth after using this. And it has a very earthy, cocoa butter smell to it, which I personally love. I can honestly say that I believe this product works.

I've been using for this product, along with the companion therapy oil and daily moisturizer, for 2 WEEKS, and I have already seen an amazing change in the look and feel of my face. My face is so smooth; pores are minimized; blackheads are no more; built up dead skin around the mouth and jaw is disappearing. I have NEVER been so impressed with a facial product in a very long time. I use the exfoliator 3x a week, as recommended. Now I am going to see if they make a just as wonderful eye cream!

This scrub is a really nice face wash, but I feel like the scrub part is too tame. I don’t feel like I get a ton of dry or dead skin off and any time I’ve used it on my lips, there’s been no change. It’s nice, it’s fine, but it’s nothing I would buy again or recommend.

I use this product even though my skin is sensitive and it works good for my skin. Even though it's good for my caramel complexion I use CeraVe after it to make sure I get hydration and moisture back it my skin after a scrub with this. I don't use the scrub every day but I do like what it does for my skin tone after using it when I do.
