Cheaper and more convenient than a trip to the jeweler
This is a great tool to have on hand. It is well worth the few dollars it costs and the little bit of space it takes up. It saves a trip to the jeweler or watchband store, which may charge you more than the cost of the tool to change your watchband. Switching watchbands is easy to do yourself.

This simplified my close-quarters (small gaps to work in on a tight-fitting band) removal and replacement of a watch band that is custom-designed to flow into the contour of the watch case without visible gaps.

Update 9/27/16: The customer service department has been outstanding (5 star)! They immediately rushed a refund for the defective product. Because of their prompt response and handling of this matter, I have improved my overall rating from one star to three stars.Original comments: This tool is not very sturdy. It broke while attempting to remove an adjustment pin from my watchband.

No nos entendimos el producto y yo.
The media could not be loaded. Aclaro que lo que voy a comentar de este producto, es posible, que sólo aplique para mi caso especial. Para otros, este podría ser una herramienta ideal.Se ve qué es una herramienta profesional, tiene las puntas intercambiables. Aunque una de ellas no se atornilla perfectamente y se sale con el menor movimiento, entonces esta punta no funciona (añado un video de este hecho). El producto, como se puede apreciar en las fotos, venía oxidado por dentro, quizás llevaba mucho tiempo en una bodega con un clima no muy bueno para este tipo de metales. Fuera de eso, sí pude cambiar mis correas y todo con la punta que sí funciona. Sólo hay que tener mucho cuidado con no rayar la caja y los brazaletes, ya que es un poco larga la herramienta y al menos a mí, me costó manipularla con el reloj.Nota: al final, compré un reloj, el cual traía unas mini herramientas para ajustar la correa (una para atornillar los eslabones y una doble para cambiar la correa y los micro ajustes del broche), y por el tamaño de estas herramientas, prefiero usar esas herramientas siempre y ya no ésta que compré. Ironías de la vida.
