I’ve struggled with extremely dry, cracked heels. No matter how much I moisturized or exfoliated, nothing really fixed the problem. Until this. I applied the cream at night after showering and put on a pair of cotton socks. Within just two days, I noticed a difference. My heels felt smoother, less tight, and the deep cracks were already starting to soften. I intend to keep using it every other day. The texture is rich but not greasy, and it absorbs quickly. There’s a slight medicinal scent, but it’s not overpowering and disappears quickly. Absolutely no irritation.

This cream is magic. I tend to get cracked heels and they hurt... this is a miracle product in a jar. I use a little of it to cover my heels and place socks over them to sleep and my feet are baby soft and smooth following. Now, I use it 1-2X a week during the spring/summer months due to wearing sandals and it keeps cracked heels at bay.

Having tried several brands of Urea 40 cream on Amazon, I can confidently say that this brand offers a higher-quality product compared to others. It applies smoothly and evenly, providing excellent hydration, especially for dry, cracked skin.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the slightly unusual texture and residue it leaves on my hands and nails after application. While it's not a major issue, it does feel a bit odd until you wash it off. However, this minor inconvenience is easily fixed by washing my hands after applying it to my feet, and it hasn’t been enough to stop me from repurchasing.The scent is a pleasant surprise—it reminds me of The Body Shop’s original peppermint foot lotion, which unfortunately was discontinued. It's refreshing and not overpowering.Overall, I’m very happy with the product and will continue to buy it!

This urea cream has been a lifesaver for my dry skin. The texture is light yet very moisturizing, and it absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy feeling. I use it on my heels, elbows, and hands, and within a few days, my skin felt much softer and crack-free. It also helps reduce roughness and flaking. Excellent quality and a great price! Highly recommended for dry or rough skin.

I used this every day for over a month before I finally noticed results. I had a lot of red bumps and stuff on my chest. My dermatologist said it was KP, I think it might be KP and rosacea combined. There are still some red dots but it's like 90% better than what it was. I applied almost daily after my shower when my skin was still wet, otherwise it dried really chalky and ashy. Sometimes it still leaves some residue, but I use some lotion after and it's fine. I still have KP on my arms and I wish it helped more. My sister insists that it's a lot better than what it used to be and since my memory isn't so great, I trust her opinion. When I ran out I bought more because I don't want my chest to go back to how bad it was. I will continue to get this to keep my chest clear as before it was a very big insecurity of mine.

I have tried this and will continue but I won’t buy this brand again due to the fact that it leaves a heavy white film on feet after use that has to be washed off. I can’t put it in then put on a pair of sandals or heels and go out and about my day or night. Even if it does my feet justice. It’s nasty to use.

This is great for my psoriatic skin. It’s very thick and kinda leaves a coating on the skin which feels so nice, it keeps me from picking at the skin since it’s much smoother, plus it takes off dead skin much more gently than other methods. Lasts the whole day so I don’t have to reapply either. Very moisturizing and it works great for when I’m having a flare up. I wish the tub sizes were bigger for the amount of money you pay, value is a bit too small.

In the morning, it’s like I got a spa treatment while I slept.The texture is a bit sticky, so I like to mix it with a bit of oil to make it easier to spread. Even with that, the results are totally worth it. If you have dry or rough feet, give this a try—you won’t regret it!
