The RISTORANTICA - MACCHINA PAST wellness 220 is the ultimate pasta maker created for commercial use. It is completely made of anonized Duralim for alimentary use, a special material used in the aerospace industry which is very resistant while at the same time very light, and does not contain any potentially harmful heavy metals such as chromium or cadmium, which are often used to electroplate lesser quality machines. It isesigned and manufactured totally in Italy with only the highest standards of quality for which Marcato is known worldwide.

 

It is strong, and perfect to meet the requirements of a small and medium restaurant (or a large household). This machine combines the experience and professional competence Marcato is renowned for. It is designed to accomplish three main functions:
 Mixing
 Flattening
 Cutting pasta sheets (it extrudes as well)

 

The machine can work for many hours non stop, perfect for the commercial kitchen. Up to 12kg of pasta is created per hour.
