I like that this is specifically made for people who have had bariatric surgery. It's easily dispersed throughout the body.

Economical compared to other brands. All necessary vitamins and minerals in one easy-to-swallow pill. I haven’t noticed any immediate effects nor symptoms from lack of essential vitamins or minerals either. I also haven’t experienced any gastrointestinal issues which is good. It’s not difficult to swallow but it is a larger size since it’s comprised of a large dose in one pill. Thus far, I recommend this brand over other for the aforesaid reasons.
