Took this product as directed and got horrible diarrhea. Not happy with it all.

This makes me have very loose stools and cramping. It did relieve my heartburn, but I cannot take this. I even tried taking one every couple days. I have taken Aloe Vera in the past and it didn't ever bother me like this. I am guessing my GI system has gotten worse over the years? I gave up and also missed the return window of 30 days.

Before he learned about this pills he was taking Alli, it is price and it does the same purpose as this pills and this are better deal. I started suffering from the same thing due to changing my diet, so I decided to take this pills, and oh my, what a major help. So, I strongly recommend this if anyone is having problems going to the bathroom. It gives you some cramps but not like the detox teas.
