Love it for our huge bathtub!
My husband and I really enjoy our relaxing time in the bath tub. This faucet is perfect because we can turn it out of the way and not worry about bumping into it.

Modern and sleek
We didn't get to use the sprayer attachment, as the plumbers forgot to plumb it. However, we are happy with what we have and that we can tuck away the long faucet when not in use. We added this for a dog bath area in our bathroom.

Wrong colour on the site.
The brush gold was more light yellow than show on Pic. Wanted a gold look not a yellow look

Love it except the cord
The cord is rubber so it looks a little cheap but if you aren't paying attention to that one part then overall it's great!

Great product, Greater Company!
Great company standing behind a beautiful faucet! I had an issue with this faucet, the company immediately identified the problem and sent me a replacement part. Any product can have a small issue but not every company jumps to address it! wILl buy again from this one!!!!

So Far It's a POS
I purchased this faucet for new construction in August 2022. The builder wanted to have it on site for the rough in plumbing. The rough in plumbing took place late October. The diverter valve leaked from the beginning. The plumber tried everything and finally saw that the valve itself was defective. Of course Amazon won't take it back because it's over 30 days. I cannot find out where to reach the manufacturer anywhere on the Amazon website. I'm hoping they will see this review and contact me. Meanwhile, I need a faucet because the builder wants to close up the walls.

Defective rough-in valve
Unit seems to be acceptable quality BUT the rough-in valve leaks, and leaks and leaks! Teflon tape, leaks. Adjustments, leaks. Cement dope, leaks. Teflon tape and cement, I have my fingers crossed but I’m not hopeful. No idea how to contact the company for a replacement valve but I am disappointed as I wanted to love this wall mount tub faucet system with handheld sprayer.
