Our version, true to the Stromwall Brothers original, is made in the USA by Noon Hour Food Products of Chicago, Illinois. It has a has a semi-soft texture similar to Havarti but without the holes. A mild tasting cheese, it can be served as an appetizer or simply for snacking. Available plain or flavored with caraway.
