Once opened you can heat some and then place the remaining still in the pouch into the fridge for up to 2 days to be heated and eaten later. We would not really recommend reheating once you have already, heated or cooked some volume in this time only as it may go a little dry being cooked twice

How long will it last in a fridge if I put half a pack in an air tight container after opening the pack?

If the rice is uncooked I would just sit it in the cupboard if the rice is cooked I would try and keep it in the fridge trial and error that’s what I say
