Helps streamline the tedium of paperwork and filing. Once our small business took off we could no longer use a one hole punch without getting annoyed, lol.

After using for less than 1 month, unit is down to a "one hole" punch. We have broken 2 of the cutting tips due to the thin metal that is used as a cutting tip. Cutting tip quickly clogs with paper. Cutting discs break frequently due to tips clogging. Adjustable does not mean that it is adjustable for different sizes of paper. This is either a 2 hole punch or a 3 hole punch. Unit is extremely overpriced for the quality of cutting ability. Frame is built well and clearly built to out last all other components. Save your money and do not buy this product!

I have to chase this around the building to reclaim it often. This is the best paper punch that I have ever owned. It doesn't seem to like small quantities of paper, but when you put in a large stack, it works wonderfully.

Punches well. We use it at a law firm where we regularly have to put together large binders with many pages. Would not be able to do it without a device like this. This is my second one. First one lasted 5 years before a weld broke. Hoping for the same quality on this one.

We bought this to replace the one we had (another brand), It started out OK, we never used the full capacity of paper, now, it barely cuts thru and instead, mangles the pages like its trying to squeeze paper thru cutter dies, at the end, paper has to be turned over and tried from back side only IF you line up the pre-existing holes, we do alot of printing presentations and this has proven to be a big disappointment.

It punches great, but half of the little circle guards were broken and the the switch to rotate them only rotates two of the three.

The handle is extremely difficult to pull down when at counter height. The ladies in the office have to move the paper punch to a lower table to be able to get the leverage needed on the handle for it to perform properly.

we had an old one of these in our office. This is much more effective and is an improvement on the older one. Can go through a very large stack of paper.

Great product. I bought it to.hole punch through 100 page text books for a binder. Works great.

Swingline products usually good. This is a dissapointment. 1. Plastic Stirke plates: Has plastic strike plates to recive cutter and complex rotation device BUT the plastic punch plates come loose with each punch. 2. The paper-in guide have short flange so paper entry over three punches is tedious esp if pages not perfectly flat. 3. The paper edge guide is short, just at maximum hieght so papers can ride over. why would not have made higher than the maximum width with a maximum hieght marker or something?? 4 Lever provides lot of torque but has no natural return action and has to be lifted to disengage papers. 5. very small punch tray. Do you really expect this to be cleared daily? Bunch of small design flaws make a good device much below potential and companies reputation If cannot get plastic plates working will likely return as my staff hate it so far
