**Q: Does it come with an adapter?**
A: Came with the cable to plug into the newer Xbox 360 model that supports it. no adapter.

**Q: Is this compatible with Xbox Series S?**
A: My son tells me that it doesn’t work with the series S. Also you can’t use a usb disk drive on it. Sorry.

**Q: Newer model or older one**
A: Renewed from prior version

**Q: Can this work in smaller spaces?**
A: Not really. You do need plenty of room to move around. Also, you need to have plenty of room for the sensor to detect your movements. Unfortunately, I don't have exact measurements, but a simple Google search might help. Anyways, yes you do need quite a bit of space to get the full kinect experience.
