I started using this product very skeptically. I decided to give it a try after seeing a few influencers promote it, but honestly, I had zero faith that it would work. I could not believe my eyes when I compared my before and after pictures after only 3 weeks of consistent use! My lashes are not only longer, but also noticeably fuller. It also hasn’t irritated my eyelids at all, which I really appreciate (although everyone’s skin/eyes can react differently). The application process is super easy, just be careful not to overapply, because if it gets into your eyes, it can sting a little. I’m so happy with both the length and thickness of my lashes. 100% recommend, great quality product!

I was initially skeptical about this product. However, I had a terrible experience with false lashes in the past. The lash was glued to my natural lashes, and after they were removed, I lost a significant amount of my own lashes. Despite this setback, I decided to give this product a try. I’ve been using it since January 2026 and have noticed a noticeable improvement in the length and thickness of my lashes. Within three weeks, I had already seen new, fuller lashes. Today, I noticed that the side of my lashes that I was trying to grow back is longer than the other side because I haven’t been applying the serum to both sides. So take away, it works and it works quickly. It’s easy to apply and no irritation. I highly recommend purchasing this product.

Okay, I started using this the day I got it, January 9th. Today is Feb 25, and the results are ASTOUNDING. I didn’t take before pics, because, honestly, I didn’t expect this to work. Well, I have never been so happy to be wrong in my LIFE. I apply it as directed every night before bed. I make sure my face is clean, no moisturizer or anything on my eyes. Dip the wand once, and apply to both eyes, pretty straightforward. I haven’t experienced any irritation or anything, just longer lashes. I haven’t noticed any new lashes yet (or at least, not many), but the length, OMG. Honestly, if I end up getting more lashes with continued use, I may not even need to use mascara again. As it is, one coat now looks like three coats did on me 2 months ago. About every 5 days, I take a one night break from GrandeLash and use a good coating of castor oil instead, just to help insure that my new long lashes stay supple and healthy. Plus, I’m saving a little of the serum, so that makes it go further. As for the people who didn’t have success with this, I can’t imagine why. Maybe their use wasn’t as consistent as mine? Maybe they didn’t apply to clean skin, or they didn’t use enough? I have no idea, because my results have been amazing. By the way…I’m 63 years old. I’ve always had fairly decent lashes, because I’m careful with them, and have been all my life. I never EVER use waterproof mascara, and I have very rarely worn falsies. I ALWAYS remove makeup promptly and thoroughly. So, my lashes were in good shape, just not very long and kind of sparse. Well, length is no longer an issue. I just hope I get more new growth, too!

If I could choose one product that I had absolutely no regrets buying, it would be Grande Lash. Don’t take this review as just another person prattling on about yet another phony product, another money pit, or another trend to take part in. After using the serum for over a year, I can confidently recommend this product. The simple swipe, the mere five seconds out of my day has caused my lashes to flourish, growing to profuse lengths – so much so that when getting my wisdom teeth removed, I woke up to the oral surgeons gushing with alacrity about the length of my lashes. Although my face morphed into a malevolently large shape due to swelling in the following week, those amiable words stuck with me and alleviated my stress ever so slightly. Leading up to buying the serum, I too had heard the horror stories of razed eyelids, the possible styes enervating the desire to take the risk of buying Grande Lash. It’s a coin toss – either leaving one with beautiful, continuously burgeoning lashes, or with a feeling of antipathy towards the product and mourning the $30+ dollars that will never be returned/was lost forever. Don’t let others’ decries of the serum dissuade one’s decision to buy this product. Sure, it is a risk. But isn’t everything in this day of transient trends and indulgent consumerism? The truth is, the results speak for themselves, and the Grande Lash serum has left an indelible mark on my life. My lashes have become inundated with growth. Grande Lash has bestowed a munificent formula upon us, and I will continue to fervidly spread the word in hopes of being the helping hand I needed when I was looking for an eyelash serum. So please, if there is one takeaway, it’s my plea to those on the cusp of buying or not – do it. Indulge in this little luxury. What’s the point in letting the lashes lie quiescently? Even those of the utmost ineptness are capable of this microscopic addition to their everyday routine. The risk is worth the reward through and through, and the transformation will be like no other.

I have very sparse eyelashes and this stuff really works. I'm impressed! My eyelashes are longer and now they're long enough that I can wear mascara. Prior to using this my eyelashes were too small, they were little stubble eyelashes that I couldn't get mascara on. I've had no eye irritation and no skin irritation. The product doesn't have any weird smell. I don't think it made my eyelashes sticker just longer. And that's okay because I only bought it to make my eyelashes long enough so they could be seen and that I could wear mascara. I know that it can make your eyelashes thicker for some people. I am a natural redhead and a lot of natural redheads and londes often have pale, thin, small eyelashes that are not very visible. So I really didn't expect as good results as I got with this product. So I am very impressed! This stuff is expensive but it is worth it if you want nice eyelashes. This stuff works and I recommend it.

Works great! 👍 Enhanced my lashes very well. Packaging was very sturdy with no leaks or spills. Another thing I wanted to point out is that there is no eye irritation or redness after use.

Um, this stuff is crazy crazy, I wasn't expecting much, and I have to admit feeling kind of foolish at the idea this might not work. Considering the price point, let's just say I had my fingers crossed! I thought I'd try it and specifically not tell anyone that I was using it, making sure whatever results were observed, they were natural and organic instead of people seeing and agreeing with my thoughts on it and only getting bias "proof". I used this as it recommended, one brush full across both lids, however, I used one brush full across the top and bottom lid and another brush full across the other top and bottom lid. After the first time I tried it, I found that if you have too much on the brush, it can leak into your eyes and cause some slight stinging, however it didn't last long nor did it leave any redness, itching or puffiness, the only other thing I noticed (again if I used too much) the next day there was a little bit of white crust in the corner of my eyes that wiped away quick and simple. I thought after about two weeks my lashes looked a little more full and thick, so I continued to use it daily and more or less forgot about it, it wasn't until about four or five weeks in when I was talking to my husband about something and He interjected almost forcibly how LONG and THICK my lashes were looking, He expressed it almost incredulously, then asked if I was wearing mascara or lash makeup because they looked so healthy and Beautiful! I was momentarily surprised and then remembered I'd been using this serum and couldn't help but smile thinking how cool it was that, not only was it working, but HE noticed it all on His own! If I were looking for proof positive this product works, I'd say having a significant other notice the desired effects unprovoked, is a pretty big deal. He has pointed it out more than a few times in the last few weeks each time saying how crazy long, thick and healthy they look and each time this has been without any additional eye makeup, mascara, lash curlers or anything else, just my bare naked eyes ;) I absolutely DO recommend this product and I wish I had the before and after pictures, considering my lashes have never really been thick or thin.... they just are, but when I say I can notice a difference from my profile view and I can even feel the length, like, they are tickling my cheeks and the corner of my eyelids because they are getting so much longer, so often lately I go to rub my eye carefully thinking I'm going to rub my eye makeup off until I remember it's not mascara making my eyes tickle it's my longer lashes tickling my lids! This stuff really really works! I don't know what people are used to spending on products like these, I know for myself this is a bit higher price than I want spend, but for the results, IT. IS. WORTH. IT!!! Five stars absolutely, this product works and I've even begun to use it in patchy spots on my brows and they are beginning to fill in!

I bought the GrandeLASH-MD Lash Enhancing Serum because it was highly recommended by a coworker who CLEARLY had amazing results with it. As a nurse, science is kind of my jam. This is my honest review of the product AND the legitimate scientific studies that prove beauty comes at a price. First, this product is very fairly priced considering that a little goes a long way. The consistency is thin like water, the serum applies easily and evenly with the included brush, and dries quickly. It doesn't burn with application for me personally, but this is a complaint for others (I have very sensitive skin and eyes so it's surprising that I have no issue with it). The results take at least a month in my experience and the results are definitely positive. My lashes were noticeably longer after the first month. The results reversed months after discontinuing use, so you must always use this product to get the longer lash effect (its not permanent). Now for the science. The active ingredient is Isopropyl Cloprostenate. I have reviewed several reputable studies on this active ingredient and this is a simplified summary of the data that I was able to obtain. Studies have shown a visible increase in length of lashes compared to control groups, so the lash enhancing claims of this product are truthful. Studies have also shown significant periorbital fat/volume loss which makes the skin around the eyes look thin, darker, more wrinkled, and sunken. Thankfully, the negative results were able to reverse with discontinued use, but so were the results of longer lashes. The active ingredient was also flagged by the SCCS as a potential reproductive/developmental toxicant (but the results were on male rats.. of course.. science has always been a little sexist). It is also flagged as a potential carcinogen (possible cancer causing ingredient). The studies, unfortunately, are not 100% conclusive and there is, as always, so much room for further testing. Weigh out the pros and cons for yourself to decide if this product, or any eyelash growth serum, is right for you. I'm giving this 4 stars because the product DOES do as it claims, but at a potential cost to the consumer. Hope this helps!
