BOU99700 - Slip-On Sideshields (10 Pair)

I have complicated glasses - progressives with a lot of astigmatism - which is hard to replicate in custom plastic safety glasses. Personally, I find it impossible to see adequately when wearing safety glasses OVER my regular glasses. This simple solution allows me to use my regular glasses on a regulated site in my role as Owner's rep and coordinator in the low voltage electrical realm. I don't think these are OSHA certified but they absolutely do provide a good layer of protection on the sides of my eyeglass frames. They fit well and I have never been dinged by the site safety team since I started using these shields. Super easy to put on and remove - reusable - you get a bunch for a reasonable price. Excellent for a home shop or small biz shop too. 2 thumbs up.

They slip on easily. They stay in place. I haven’t experienced any strikes but they should deflect light splatter.

These work perfectly as a disposable side-shield for your personal glasses in working in hospitals and medical offices. These came in handy for my nursing clinicals during Covid. Heavy goggles and eyewear on top of masks and under shields and PAPR gets old really quick, so these were a perfect solution.

Visibility great, but they slide around on my glasses a lot so I don't use them.

I wear glasses. Putting on a face shield or goggles made it difficult to do many of the tasks that I needed to do. It also made it more difficult to see tiny details. These slipped right onto the side of my glasses. The DOH had no issue with them during survey. There is a small gap in the side where they slip onto the glasses, so they would not be appropriate for an actual red zone.

These are working perfectly for all shapes and styles of my glasses. I have plastic, wire and rimless frames. Fits all of them.
