Does not come with all wires, but still worth the buy.
Used on a retro pi, comes with everything you need EXCEPT the final wire to connect one of your buttons. Not too upset as the cost for the same kit minus this button is less then a 1USD. Would rate 5 stars if it came with the final wire.

Not bad, but not high quality
The joy stick feels solid, but does not include mounting hardware. The buttons feel a little cheap, but work well. I had not trouble assembling it even though no instructions were included. I suspect that it has undocumented features that I am not using. It works well with my Raspberry Pi 3B+ running Retropie.
