While I was not bitten by anything durink my 3 days hiking trip, I have to say the circulation of my feet was mildly cut off - especially as with exercise you normally get puffed up feet. So I hardly could wait to take off the socks after one use and get into something more comfortable (my fave ski socks). I wear UK size 5 shoes.Will I use it again: undecided; probably not.

I bought these socks for gardening and they have kept the mosquitoes away so far. The socks are comfortable and wash well.
