Quick delivery, responsive seller and looks great once assembled. Hopefully will last too. A few points that will make this exceptional purchase:1. Provide a manual2. Upload a youtube video showing how to assemble including what tools are required3. Mark headboard holes better. Stickers are not where the holes are4. No fuss packaging. I guess if you address 1 and 2 then 4 may not apply5. Do not staple packaging to the bed and taking them out leave staples open and cause injuries. Remedy it that people use a hammer to put those staple pins back into the wood, or use a plier to pull them out

Apron delivery I noticed a badly damaged corner, the driver was told who advised nothing they can do, contact Amazon. He didn’t even look so he knew it was there ( eye level coming in). Granted packaging is pathetic maybe Amazon could advise them a lot better, paper card doesn’t work on a bed frame🤦🏼‍♀️The bed was an absolute nightmare, overkill on staples. Out of 8 feet 4went on easy enough however had to use a long flat screw and a hammer for the rest as hitting the plastic would’ve broke it. Next was the delight of 2 simple brackets to hold both bases together, Eddie hall couldn’t loosen these bloody screws! Drill needed, then the 4 handy drawers one glides perfectly, 2 with force and one no chance see pic, even had to break of the fancy wee silver corner to get one to close.Mattress is more medium to soft but nice and comfortable and the headboard really looks lovely.Luckily this is for a teenager as I doubt it will last long. Still nice bed for the price, just the base that’s a total let down. You get what you pay for.

This bed has magical powers - I get in and I’m in no pain then asleep in seconds

I know with the price like this, I should not expect too much from this bed. However, at least the drawers should be more sturdy. I got this bed in late November 2022, up until now, February 2023, the same drawer has got stuck twice. The first time it happened in December. There was no way for me to open it to return the bed for refund as my stuff were still in the damn drawer. So we had to pay £ to have someone to fix it.Recently, it happened again. So the drawers are useless at all - I won't dare to put anything in or they will lock them up forever. They are not value for money. Don't pay extra for any.

No Instruction but ask and they will send it. Not easy to assemble only because of the head board and understanding how it works. You need a drill for the draw brackets to be able to secure can't do it with out it. The screws are not in plancenon bought sides so check for the drill holes. Draws are week to be fair not the greatest quality. Double is smaller than I expected but sleep is okay mattress is not so bad for nownits only been few days. The colour is lovely. They do t deliver to your door if your not on ground floor. One driver who seems to be overloaded and on his own.Sturdiness is good, draws are small and week . I feel this will break easily of to much weight that's the lost disappointment out of all .

No issues, delivered early and comfy for the money. Cant complain

Bed is adequate for purpose or occasional use. 2 ordered one failed delivery. Rebate issued. Would have liked 2 matching beds but have settled for similar elsewhere. Arrow delivery were way short of efficient.
