I bought this phone for my son who prefers Samsung to I-Phones. He has transferred all his data from his old phone to this refurbished phone and is verypleased with both its performance and appearance. This supplier is recommended.

Absolutely rubbish had to get the charger port fixed couldn't put the phone on to charge to get personal info from it now the screen isn't working I kept going round in circles to try n return it an absolute waste of money I'm now down alot of money these phones should be tried n tested before being put up for sale I have no way of returning it customer service portal is rubbish

This phone is Top Grade Refurbished, there is NO marks on it, it was packed in original packaging, it came with a Fast Charger and Lead, along with Full Samsung Instructions Booklet and a Sim Key to open the Simon Slot, This phone is excellent, the phone has everything I need for every day usage, to top it off the seller is awesome and very communicative and professional and I would seriously purchase from them again☆☆☆☆☆

Phone strived like new with charger headphones was really impressedUNTIL I then transferred all my data and SIM card to find out the PHONE ISN'T UNLOCKED TO ANY NETWORK 😢😢

Phone locked to a network that user not on, so its absolutely useless, brought as a gift so they have had to return to me while I try and sort out the issue.

I bought this phone to replace the exact same one I bought on Amazon three years ago and which I damaged through my own stupidity. The first one was new and the second "pre-loved". I can discern no difference.
