I developed a true sun allergy after antibiotics approx 15 years ago. I have tried every combination out there trying to tolerate the sun. I stayed out in the sun at the pool for 5 hours. Usually I'd have a terrible reaction, but I woke up the next morning with nothing. Next day, nothing.A week later, I am dumbfounded. I purchased this after the recommendation of my dermatologist. I used in recently during a trip to the Caribbean. I took 2 capsules in the morning before heading out to town and the beach. Easy to swallow and did not upset my stomach. I used my usual sunscreen as well but did not reapply as often. I felt the capsules gave me extra protection and bought me some extra time in the sun without getting burned. I feel it is especially helpful when you don't have time every so often to be applying sunscreen. Lately I have been taking it right before going to play golf. I am happy it works.

I had high hopes for these. I really wanted these to work but it didn’t. I recently went to Puerto Vallarta. We rented a cabana for the day. I took two pills two hours before going into the sun around 9 AM. And another two pills a few hours later. I was at the cabana from 10 AM to 1:30 PM. I didn’t any sunscreen on my legs because they were in the shade up until about 12. I did put sunscreen on my chest around then. As you can see from the picture I burned pretty bad and just in an hour and a half and after taking four pills. Temp during that time was not even in the 80’s. It’s was high 70’s. I would not recommend these pills to anyone because they don’t work.

Summer ready was recommended by my dermatologist. She was concerned regarding the amount of sun exposure I’ve had. I started using summer ready a week before I went for vacay to mexico. I was outside everyday and I was using sunscreen and a hat but I totally believe summer ready prevented me from getting a sunburn. It’s been a blessing bc I feel like I can enjoy the sun more even though I probably shouldn’t

I feel this product really boosts your sun protection. This is not a substitute for good sun protection or sun protective measures but it does add another layer of protection to your routine. I’m in sunny Florida right now and I have seen a visible difference.

I’m a really active guy and I spent a lot of time outdoors. I have been taking polypodium for last few years since I hate wearing sunscreen. This is the highest dose I have found which also has vitamin D. Will continue to buy. Recommend for others who like the outdoors
