Synthetic- Does not help raise D3 levels
I have been taking these for 3 years, from 1,000mg to 5,000mg a day and my D3 levels marginally increased. I ended up getting thyroid checked to see but there were no issues. A naturopath told me that these are synthetic and of bad quality which is why I saw no results. I ended up trying a New Zealand naturopathic version made from rice bran and saw immediate results in a month. Don't waste your money on these big pharma products. A load of rubbish!
